Weekly limit, age bar and exclusion
The Belgian legislator approaches player protection more strictly than most of its neighbours and you feel it on the first deposit. By default €200 per week per site may go in. Dropping that limit is possible at any moment, raising runs through a verification and then a waiting window.
Through EPIS the Gaming Commission runs centralised exclusion: after registration no licensed operator grants you access. Unlicensed sites are not connected to it. For casino, gaming hall and betting the bar has been 21 since September 2024; scratch cards and Lotto stay at 18. It applies online and on-site.
